Job summary

Pilot Companies is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in ensuring seamless hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. You will help uphold safety, service quality, and daily efficiency while guiding teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will contribute to strategic planning, yield management, and pre-opening activities for new properties or departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years managing hotel operations or equivalent leadership role.
• Knowledge of front office, housekeeping and F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and health regulations.
• Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize profitability.
• Lead pre-opening activities for new properties or departments.
• Analyze yield management data to optimize pricing.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
