Job summary

Excel Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and efficient service. You will coordinate and manage F&B, front office, and back-of-house activities, while supporting revenue management and staff development.

This role is eligible for bonus and overtime. The successful candidate will lead operations across departments, adapt to a varied schedule, and uphold company standards to ensure a memorable guest experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Reporting to the General Manager.
• Experience at properties of similar size and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all hotel departments.
• Work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Implement standards and procedures; coach and train new associates.
