Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage hotel departments and oversee hotel operations.
• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Ensure optimal level of service and hospitality for hotel guests.
• Assist GM in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Resolve customer complaints and monitor operational issues.
• Interact with sales staff to improve occupancy levels.
