Qualifications

• Minimum five years in hotel management or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Direct hotel operations (rooms, engineering, housekeeping, F&B, front desk) to meet owners' and guests' needs.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with Radisson's mission.
• Develop annual budget with Executive Committee.
• Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and control costs.
• Lead HR functions including recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Drive guest satisfaction and Yes I Can! service culture.
