The role emphasizes friendly, proactive guest service, accurate cash handling, and coordinating with other hotel teams to ensure a smooth stay. Experience in hospitality and a flexible schedule are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• 1–2 years in hotel, retail, or customer-facing roles.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule including holidays/weekends.
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude in all situations.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage guests; assist with check-in/out and inquiries.
• Support guests with reservations and special billing needs.
• Maintain knowledge of local events and hotel services.
• Handle transactions accurately and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist supervisors and managers with daily tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with policies.
