Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Radisson Salt Lake City Downtown, a fast-paced property within the Choice portfolio. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer questions about the hotel and area, and support guest satisfaction with a proactive, guest-first attitude.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a customer-facing environment, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hotel, retail, or customer-focused experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging guests; accommodate individual needs.
• Create an energetic environment for guests and team members.
• Review guest reservations and plan accommodations accordingly.
• Process financial transactions and arrange special billing as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel activities, events, and local area.
