Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Radisson Salt Lake City Downtown property. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, repairs, and keeping customer and heart-of-house areas in top condition.

You will support building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and guest-facing service to ensure a smooth, safe stay for guests. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in facility maintenance, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to work a flexible

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of general facility maintenance experience, hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest service.
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to reports of non-functioning equipment immediately.
• Maintain problem logbook and prioritize repairs.
• Report hazards or injuries and take corrective action.
• Repair rooms and maintain operating condition of systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine checks.
• Maintain lobby, restaurant areas, and overall hotel appearance.
• Manage building systems during shift and maintain supplies.
• Attend trainings to stay current on techniques.
