HYATT PLACE - NASHVILLE/GREEN HILLS is seeking an Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in leading day-to-day hotel operations, deliver guest service excellence, develop associates, and drive financial performance.

This full-time, salaried role oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage, with responsibilities to hire, train, schedule, manage payroll, and control costs while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel industry experience.
• 3+ years supervising at least 10 associates.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop hotel associates.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll.
• Support the GM with budgets, expenses, financial objectives, and cost controls.
• Maintain company, brand, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, and hotel grounds.
• Coordinate communication across departments.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment maintenance, and administrative processes.
