ESA Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support hotel day-to-day operations alongside the GM/MUGM. The AGM will supervise 8–15 hourly staff, ensure onboarding and training, uphold safety standards, and lead guest and associate satisfaction initiatives.

You will help drive revenue, manage scheduling, participate in daily meetings, and serve as the manager on duty when needed, with a focus on delivering an outstanding workplace and guest experience.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities with guest-service focus.
• Ability to train, onboard and supervise 8–15 hourly staff.
• Solid English communication skills for guests and vendors.

Mansioni

• Assist GM/MUGM with hotel day-to-day operations and staff management.
• Oversee onboarding, training and timely ESU training for associates.
• Uphold safety, security, and policy compliance at the property.
• Drive revenue, control labor, and ensure guest and associate satisfaction.
