Qualifications

• Prior hotel or retail supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise 8 to 15 hourly staff.
• Oversee onboarding and training of associates.
• Manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Ensure safety/security protocols are followed.
• Improve guest and associate satisfaction.
