Job summary

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily hotel operations. You will mentor the Front Office team, collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, financial awareness, and a solution-focused leadership style within a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience, preferably branded/luxury.
• 3+ years of Front Office and/or Housekeeping management experience.
• Strong guest service and satisfaction results.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations with the General Manager.
• Lead, coach and develop the Front Office team.
• Support Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Build relationships with guests and address service opportunities.
• Drive guest satisfaction and high service standards.
• Assist with budgeting, labor management, and profitability initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and retain team members.
• Lead in the General Manager's absence.
