Hyatt is seeking a dynamic leader to assist the General Manager in Front Office and Housekeeping operations, with Bar Operations responsibilities. The role includes training staff, managing front desk, housekeeping, and laundry, and delivering quality guest service.

You will coordinate communications between Front Office, housekeeping, and management to uphold Hyatt standards. Responsibilities include supervising front desk duties, greeting guests, registrations, and handling escalated guest

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience.
• Experience in food and beverage operations in bar/restaurant environments is required.
• Proficient in guest services and team development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office personnel and front desk operations.
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain standards.
• Direct Front Office activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Greet guests, perform registrations, and handle escalated issues with empathy.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure high-quality guest service.
• Develop relationships with clients, track return guests, and ensure personalized service.
• Prepare department schedules and monitor payroll to optimize guest experience and revenue.
• Oversee operations in the General Manager’s absence and handle account receivable duties.
