Job summary

Stonebridge Companies' Spark by Hilton DIA in Denver, CO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in hotel operations, with emphasis on front-of-house and housekeeping, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will analyze market data for occupancy, train front desk staff in yield management, help with budgeting, and lead recruitment and staff development.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant mgmt or business and 3–5 years in hotel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be acceptable.
3–5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably front-of-house or rooms division operations.
Strong knowledge of revenue management, financial analysis, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Oversee hotel operations with focus on front-of-house and housekeeping.
Provide market analysis and local event forecasts to Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and rates.
Train front desk staff in yield management procedures and customer service protocols.
