Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred for director-level roles.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience relevant to the position.
• Past supervisory or leadership experience preferred for management roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound operational decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for hotel operations and associates.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance, productivity, and service standards.
• Coach, train, and recognize associates to support engagement and retention.
• Monitor financial and operational performance and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning as appropriate.
• Review reports and communicate with leadership and departments.
