Hotel Equities is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction in a demanding hospitality environment. You will lead associates, manage daily operations, and contribute to achieving business goals with a focus on service quality, cost control, and team development.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver measurable results while maintaining brand standards and a strong guest experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for director-level roles.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience appropriate to the position.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred for management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for assigned hotel operations and associates.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance, productivity, and service standards.
• Coach, train, develop, and recognize associates to support engagement and retention.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and take appropriate action to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with Hotel Equities standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Respond effectively to guest concerns and support a consistent service-recovery culture.
• Manage schedules, staffing, supplies, and departmental resources as appropriate.
• Review reports, trends, and key performance information to support sound decisions.
• Communicate effectively with hotel leadership and other departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
