Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage hotel departments and oversee hotel operations as directed.
• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to standards.
• Oversee front office systems, guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets and revenue optimization.
• Resolve guest complaints and monitor operational issues to improve service.
• Coordinate with accounting on payroll, audits and cash handling.
• Participate in safety and internal audit activities and committees.
• Work with sales to implement strategies for occupancy and revenue growth.
