Hampton by Hilton is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead the hotel and support our team in delivering the Hamptonality guests love. The role focuses on daily operations, brand standards, and service excellence across departments.

The ideal candidate has prior hotel supervisory or management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, budgeting, and guest feedback with a hands‑on approach.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel supervisory or management experience required (Hilton experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
• Familiarity with hotel brand standards and operations.
• Experience with Hilton OnQ or GRO systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations across departments.
• Lead and motivate team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
