DoubleTree by Hilton Manhattan is seeking an experienced Hotel Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop high-performing teams.

This role offers opportunities to influence revenue performance, ensure brand standards, and lead strategic initiatives across Front Office, F&B, and Guest Services while delivering strong business results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management or hospitality leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Hilton experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily hotel operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards and drive guest satisfaction.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and employee engagement.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
• Support revenue generation strategies and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, brand compliance, and quality assurance.
