Hilton in Mount Pleasant is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while mentoring department heads.

The role involves overseeing multiple departments, maintaining brand standards, and stepping in as General Manager when needed. A strong hospitality mindset and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead hotel operations and multi-department teams.
Strong guest-service focus with track record of improving guest satisfaction.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure adherence to brand standards and budget.
Lead multiple departments within Hotel Operations and Property Operations.
Monitor guest service delivery and implement improvements to enhance stays.
Partner with GM to identify efficiency gaps and drive improvements.
Act as GM delegate in absence of General Manager.
Recruit and develop high-performing teams with focus on engagement and recognition.
