Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality North Little Rock is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk operations. You will support department heads, manage on-call duties, and help drive profitability while maintaining high service standards across the property.

The role requires supervision experience, a strong hospitality background, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage) or a four-year degree with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services and property upkeep to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain operations and service quality.
