Stonebridge in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee guest reception, reservations, and housekeeping services. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain efficient operations and exceptional guest service while guiding hotel staff and supporting housekeeping when needed.

The role requires at least two years of Front Desk experience, strong multitasking, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Two years of Front Desk experience in hospitality.
• Associates Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, check-in, and allocate rooms efficiently to create a welcoming first impression.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and public areas to meet standards.
• Maximize occupancy while following overbooking policies with reservations team.
• Coordinate front office, housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations.
• Ensure accurate posting of charges and enforce credit controls.
• Balance hotel accounts daily and maintain internal controls.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and provide training.
• Maintain guest security and manage hotel entrance access.
• Supervise luggage handling and guest services timely.
