Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and handle cash accurately.
• Balance cash accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with bell staff.
• Review charges with guests during check-out.
• Post room, food, and service charges to ledgers.
• Transmit guest messages via phone or switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm guest reservations and answer service inquiries.
