Job summary

Stonebridge seeks an Operations Manager in Aurora, Colorado to lead day-to-day hotel reception, reservations, and housekeeping coordination. You will partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, optimize room turnover, and maintain financial controls.

The role requires at least two years in front desk operations, an associate degree in hospitality, strong multitasking, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Two years of Front Desk experience in hospitality, with ability to manage high guest traffic.
Associates Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; accurate task completion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage guests and teams.
Ability to stay composed in stressful situations and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, check-in/out, and allocate rooms promptly, ensuring a warm first impression.
Handle guest complaints calmly and resolve issues to protect satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee cleanliness/maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to company standards.
Maximize occupancy while following overbooking policies with reservations team.
Coordinate front office, housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure charges are posted correctly and balances checked with internal controls.
Prepare reports and assist with financial records and audits.
