Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PMS and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate room availability and guest accounts in the system.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and balance cash transactions.
• Issue room keys and assist bell staff with instructions.
• Review accounts and charges during checkout.
• Post charges for rooms, food, and services to ledgers.
• Transmit and receive guest messages via phone or switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations; answer inquiries about services.
