Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager and to actively develop the team. You will ensure service standards are consistently exceeded and guest satisfaction remains a top priority.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, financial oversight, and proactive guest relations within a small, performance-based hospitality team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in hotel leadership, including front desk and back-of-house operations.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong team building skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Aufgaben

• Lead staff; train and guide team; attend staff huddles.
• Post checks in PMS; manage labor trackers and reports.
• Maintain guest readiness and address guest concerns.
• Oversee housekeeping and inspect rooms.
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and communications.
• Lead sales and marketing to promote occupancy.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry; cover shifts as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
