Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of hotel operations to provide superior service.
• Develop sales plans with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure revenue generation through cross-functional collaboration.
• Set and monitor qualitative and quantitative hotel goals.
• Develop business and financial plans for the hotel.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and high cleanliness standards.
• Lead staffing, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
