Responsibilities include overseeing hotel conditions, cost control, and quality of product and guest experience, while participating in sales strategy, development, and executive oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, with hotel operations exposure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Experience in budget forecasting, cost control, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct hotel operations and financial activities.
• Safeguard assets and implement HEI and resort cultural standards at property level.
• Oversee customer satisfaction through quality and service delivery.
• Travel for corporate meetings and committees as needed.
• Support HR with staffing, training, performance reviews, and discipline as required.
• Drive sales and revenue management activities and participate in strategic planning.
