Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis Eden Prairie, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and maximize financial results at our Eden Prairie property. You will drive sales strategies, manage budgets, coach a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

If you bring proven hospitality leadership, systems savvy, and a passion for delighting guests, you’ll help set new standards for service

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state

Responsibilities

• Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in top shape.
• Dream up sales plans, manage the budget, and connect with big accounts to maintain bookings.
• Rock reports and hotel tech tools to streamline operations and speed decision making.
• Wow guests with every interaction and turn stays into five-star memories.
• Inspire, coach, and lead the team to build a winning culture.
• Build strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and stakeholders.
