You will coach the team, supervise shifts, coordinate with Reservations and Housekeeping, and ensure accurate check-in/check-out while protecting the guest relationship.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Front Office or guest services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest recovery skills.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and PMS.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily Front Office operations and guest service.
• Support Front Office Manager and ensure procedures.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and guest requests.
• Coach and train Front Office staff on standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Reservations for smooth operations.
• Promote hotel amenities and upsell opportunities.
