ESA Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and lead hourly associates. You will work under the GM to ensure guest satisfaction, staff onboarding, training, and performance coaching while maintaining safety standards and company policies.

The AGM will manage scheduling, daily activities, and leadership across departments, driving revenue growth and guest experiences, with a focus on consistent operations and positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Some college level courses preferred.
• Prior hotel experience in hospitality or retail is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations.
• supervise hourly staff and scheduling.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Drive guest satisfaction and associate engagement.
• Support budgeting and cost control measures.
