Job summary

Extended-Stay-Hotel is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and improve KPIs. The TL may assume GM responsibilities when needed and must enforce safety procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising 8 to 15 hourly associates, training staff on brand standards, managing budgets, and supporting revenue initiatives to meet EBITDA targets. Travel between locations may be required.
