Job summary

Onvo is hiring an Assistant Manager in Stroudsburg, PA to supervise back of the house and assist in front office operations in the General Manager's absence. You will drive guest satisfaction and hotel profitability while overseeing housekeeping, engineering/maintenance, and front office in partnership with the management team.

Key duties include supervising operations, assisting in financial reporting, and participating in recruitment and training to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support housekeeping, engineering/maintenance, and front office operations in absence of the General Manager.
• Assist the General Manager with creation of financial reports and required deadlines.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training for departments based on occupancy and needs.
• Maintain a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction and staff development.
