Job summary

Onvo is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee routine tasks and supervise team members across departments in the absence of the General Manager. You will help drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency while supporting profitability and cost control.

Responsibilities include assisting in Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, and Front Office, and contributing to staff development and SOP adherence. Prior leadership experience is preferred.

• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back-of-house operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Assist in revenue generation and cost control to support hotel profitability.
• Oversee Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, and Front Office functions as needed.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver guest satisfaction and adherence to SOPs.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management per occupancy needs.
