Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations to Marriott standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest requests and complaints.
• Oversee front desk operations: reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest accounts.
• Lead and coach team members to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and daily coverage.
• Monitor operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with team and other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security).
• Resolve operational issues and escalated guest concerns.
• Monitor guest accounts, billing, and in-house balances; report concerns to management.
• Review and balance cash, credit card transactions, shift reports, and records.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Share information about hotel services and local attractions with guests.
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold company values.
• Maintain professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
