Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and address inquiries.
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and problem-solving attitude.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and clean.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
