Job summary

South Beach Group Hotels in Miami Beach seeks a Hotel Manager to direct and coordinate activities across departments, ensuring efficient Rooms Division operations and adherence to hotel standards. The role requires at least 3 years of hospitality management experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong communication, independent judgment, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

You will work with division heads, oversee training and performance reviews, and drive continuous service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Hospitality.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality management preferred or equivalent management experience.
• Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgement to resolve issues.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Rooms Division operations run efficiently and in line with hotel standards.
• Oversee external contract services (valet, transportation, operations) for efficiency and standards.
• Set measurable departmental objectives and maintain policies and procedures.
• Foster teamwork within and between departments and supervise performance reviews.
• Ensure departmental training and off-the-job development are provided.
• Maintain effective interdepartmental communication and service levels.
• Identify service gaps with leadership and implement solutions to improve the guest experience.
