Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is a plus
• Minimum three years of experience in a front office role in a hotel, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) (Opera, etc.)
• High‑Level Hospitality or Customer Service experience
• Passionate Leadership Skills
