Responsibilities

• Open housekeeping: manage room inventory and assign attendants.
• Inspect rooms, showrooms, VIP and suites.
• Complete reports and update status in PMSsystem.
• Communicate discrepancies with Front Desk.
• Monitor payroll reports and work schedules.
• Maintain stockrooms and carts with supplies.
• Provide guest information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Engineering on repairs to guestrooms and public areas.
• Oversee monthly linen inventory.
• Manage daily flow of the department.
