Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and premises to ensure guest rooms are in good repair.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues per company policies.
• Perform housekeeping-related tasks and cleaning per the Green Shield Binder.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as directed.
• Maintain organized storage and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety inspections and life safety checks.
