Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards of guest experience across hotel properties. You will ensure equipment functions, interiors are pristine, and rooms are well maintained in line with Green Shield Binder guidance.

Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, performing timely repairs, and supporting cleaning of common areas as needed. A HS diploma or GED and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, manuals, and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition.
• Keep guest rooms in good repair and respond to maintenance requests.
• Complete tasks per Green Shield Binder and management directions.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning including trash removal, building upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
• Execute repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with cleaning hotel areas as assigned and maintain overall cleanliness.
