Job summary

Extended Stay America in Richardson, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel equipment running, maintain guest rooms, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will work with the Green Shield Binder, complete preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and recordings per Green Shield Binder.
• Follow Green Shield Schedule and SOPs to complete tasks per standards.
• Assist with emergencies at the property or sister sites when needed.
