Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment functions and premises are kept in pristine condition.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with maintenance issues per Green Shield Binder.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders and complete preventative maintenance inspections.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tool inventory.
