ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment is functioning, premises are maintained, and guest rooms are in good repair. The role follows Green Shield Binder guidance and company standards, with duties that include maintenance, inspections, and following management directives to support guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability read/speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurement units.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure property equipment is functional.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with issues.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas.
• Assist with emergencies when needed.
