Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that property equipment operates reliably and guest rooms remain in excellent condition. The role emphasizes completing tasks promptly, following safety rules, and coordinating with management and vendors as needed.

Responsibilities include routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and maintaining documentation per policy. This position supports guest satisfaction and property safety throughout the hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and premises are well maintained.
• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through per policies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks per the Green Shield Binder.
• Maintain organized records of PMs, inspections, and life safety checks.
• Assist with housekeeping and overall hotel cleanliness when needed.
