Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure guest rooms and property are in pristine condition and that all equipment is functioning. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and follow safety guidelines while keeping detailed records per the Green Shield Binder.

The role requires basic maintenance experience, ability to work with minimal supervision, and a customer-service mindset to support guests and associates across the property.

Qualifications

• Mandatory high school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and understand safety manuals and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains property by ensuring equipment works and areas are clean.
• Performs repairs listed on work orders and completes them in a timely fashion.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.
• Follows the Green Shield Inspection schedule to accomplish tasks on time and per standards.
• Maintains organized work area and safeguards maintenance tool inventory daily.
