Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Proficient in English, good communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment functions and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain maintenance areas and tool inventory to company standards.
• Respond to guest requests with follow-through per guidelines.
• Follow Green Shield Binder procedures and safety policies.
