Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guest and associate experiences by maintaining facilities.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance as documented in work orders.
• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all maintenance areas and common spaces.
• Monitor equipment and comply with safety policies and local regulations.
• Assist with emergencies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
