You will respond to requests, perform preventive maintenance, and follow the Green Shield Binder and SOPs to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain hotel maintenance equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to policies.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas and rooms.
• Handle repairs as listed on work orders.
• Maintain records of inspections and safety checks.
• Assist with emergency response and vendor coordination.
