Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment operates smoothly and guest rooms are in good repair. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and keep facilities in pristine condition in line with Green Shield Binder guidelines.

The role requires handling maintenance tasks, following safety policies, and supporting emergencies at the property or sister sites when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience is a plus.
• Read and speak English proficiently; interact with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs listed on work orders to company standards.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and boiler/electric/HVAC rooms.
• Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through per policies and procedures.
