Extended Stay America in Richmond, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and property equipment in top condition. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily tasks per the Green Shield Binder to meet company standards.

Respond to guest requests, assist with cleaning as needed, maintain organized work areas, and coordinate with management and outside vendors. A high school diploma or GED is required; 1–3 months related experience preferred; ability to lift

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guest-focused maintenance and repairs per Green Shield Binder.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through.
